Please contact us to let us know if you are looking for a rabbit and, if so, what breed, whether show quality (no show DQs), brood quality (good traits for breeding with the right pairing, but not considered show quality), or pet quality (no pedigree), gender and age preference (if applicable), and anything else that can help us set you up with "somebunny" who will meet your needs. ***At the time of purchase, you are welcome to take as long as you need to (within reason) to look over a rabbit, or the various rabbits available, before you make your decision on whom to purchase. You will also receive a transitional bag of feed, grooming demo (for French Angora and Satin Angora, if desired), care tips (for all breeds), and e-mail support (regarding the care of your rabbit) for life.
***All rabbits are healthy to the absolute best of our knowledge when leaving Mad River Rabbitry. Health is guaranteed within 4 days beginning the day of purchase, but you must contact us IMMEDIATELY if there are any signs of illness, or we can't help. This has never happened--all rabbits have remained healthy for our buyers--but we figure it is better to have a policy than to not. Past 4 days, too many outside factors influence health, and we cannot give you a health guarantee. In the situation that you contacted us IMMEDIATLEY, but lost your rabbit, a case-by-case basis determination will be made by Mad River Rabbitry. This may include a second rabbit at a discounted price, or a replacement. We do not guarantee replacements or refunds on rabbits.
***In the situation where a deposit agreement is made, the deposit is non-refundable, whether the customer picks the rabbit up or not. The rabbit must be picked up by the agreed upon date, unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both parties. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded (all deposits are non-refundable) and the rabbit will be kept or re-sold, at our discretion.
***Mad River Rabbitry will always take back our rabbits, should you find yourself in a situation unable to care for the rabbit. No judgment. We do not want to see our rabbits ending up in shelters or unwanted. The rabbit will then be kept or re-sold, at our discretion.
